When you feel anxious, dominated by anguish, what has to be done? What do you normally do when it shows up?

You are surely trying to find a solution. You try various alternatives and get more and more hooked on it. Causing even more confusion, because anxiety cannot be solved with thought. It cannot be dissolved by thinking, because anxiety is nothing more than an incessant bombardment of thoughts.

If you are anxious, you are projecting yourself to the future, to mental ideas of things that have not yet happened; the mind does not stop, you are always imagining things and for the most part, they are terrible scenarios;

Rapé brings you to the present moment, it quits those thoughts, allows you to see things from another perspective, as they really are.

Meditation for anxiety

When you experience deep anguish, when the mind bombards you with thoughts andear invades you, it is the ideal time to do this meditation:

Sit down, prepare your space, prepare your Rapé,

Take 5 deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,

Project the medicine and simply call yourself by your name, in my case it would be Victor, and then answer: ” Yes sir, I’m here ”,

do this for 7 minutes and feel the difference.

The anxiety will disappear.

At least for a single moment you will have a hint of what lies beyond the cloud, and that hint can be deepened.

Once you know that if you become alert, anxiety does not occur, then it disappears. You have come to have a deep understanding of your own being and the mechanism for working within.
